Some great anecdotes from early 70s Trident engineer
Just noticed this old fella (Alan Harris) pop up with some fantastic anecdotes about his time as lathe engineer/tape-op at Trident Studio in the early 70s (eg, how the "Bohemian Rhapsody/Elton John/Supertamp" piano was destroyed being dropped down the stairwell; how he nearly destroyed the Sgt Pepper master tape by spilling coffee on it when slyly trying to remix it while stoned...).
Hope you don't mind the link to another forum Rick, but Alan's posts are a great read! (EDIT - Lol, and Ken Scott just slapped him down big time on the thread..)
