Producer Space in Melbourne?

Hi all, I have a producer friend who has to move out of his space soon and is looking for a new one. Preferably near the CBD somewhere, he's currently in South Melbourne. Mainly mixing and vocals so it doesn't need to be huge. If anyone knows of anything would you mind letting me know please and I'll pass it on to him.
