Studio history? Avalon, NSW.

This is my first post on here so go easy on me, not sure if this is where I should post questions like this or not.
Anyway, my friend and I have just stumbled across a studio in the hills above Avalon, NSW. it has 3 rooms (control, live and iso) and is under a house. Any info on this studio would be appreiciated as well as any recordings anyone might know of. Not sure but my mate who lives there says that barnesy recorded there (not sure how true this is though)
Again, any info would be great!
