Postby mfdu » Thu Jul 27, 2006 1:32 pm

ok ok. you all have been so helpful till now. and here's where the fun starts.

i am about to get quotes happening for setting up my back room. my recording space.

david flett has been recommended - could someone PM me his details? i just can't find him anywhere.

also, if there are any other contractors you'd like to recommend, please let me know via PM.

I would phrase it this way: an electrician who star-earths all the GPOs whether or not he understands why you want this done. An electrician who just accepts that this must be done and does it without giving you any nonsense to the contrary.

Best results with any of these tradesmen is when you can find one who has wired up a studio previously, a glazier who has installed control room glass before etc etc.

Good luck.
