Kristian's funeral details

Thought I would post this as a separate post so it was easily accessible.
Kristian's funeral will be held at 10:30am this Friday, at C3 Church Oxford Falls, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
All are welcome to attend.
The funeral will also be webcast for those who are unable to attend, the stream will be hosted at:

Please note the 2 after the www - it is not a typo.
I know that Kristian was deeply moved by the generosity shown by so many of you here.
