Eleven Rack

Postby 440Hz » Fri May 25, 2012 10:46 pm

Does anyone amongst this salubrious forum have any experience tracking guitars (or any instrument for that matter) with Avid's Eleven Rack?
I'd be interested in hearing pro's and con's from any experienced in all things 11 \m/

cheers

I've used to have one but I sold it a while back. Very decent, and easy to use, but IMO never "quite right".

The Fractal Axe FX comes a lot closer to authentic, a few folks around these parts also have them. (Of course it is also twice the price.)

For ease of use, eleven is great, plug in play and reasonable sounds, for me the fractal has too many options and alot of time can be down tweaking,

For the price they are going for second hand they are pretty dam good, I don't like using the phrase for the price, if money wasn't a deciding factor the fractal is better.

I have thought about getting an eleven rack though an I would use it for tracking
