Anyone experiencing difficulty with ilok.com today? or is it just me?

I've been trying for three hours to register some new software. I can't get anywhere with it.

I'm sure you've sussed this and eliminated it as the problem but their site doesn't play nice with several browser configurations.

Got a "redeem" code to enter for a VI. I've tried entering the code but when I hit the "get license" button I get no response, no error message, nothing. (I tried both IE and Chrome). I then tried the mac and safari and I couldn't even enter the code - the box simply wouldn't let me enter anything. I downloaded the latest drivers etc. Eventually I gave up.
