Avid account - can't access??

Anyone had any wierdness going on with their Avid account? I couldn't get in with what I'm sure was my password, so I did a reset form, got sent a temp password and now I can't get in with that either. Have tried sending in a fault form to Avid, but hoped someone here might have had the same problem and new what the answer was.....?

Was there not some sort of Stock trading Halt on AVID last week in USA?
I dont think they were going under, just some questions needed to answered for NASDAQ.
