Collaborater/s in Melbourne

Firstly, apologies if this is not the correct forum for scouting for potential collaborators but I haven't been able to find anything else.

Some guys/girls work best alone but for me I much prefer to work with others. I'm not totally sure why, but when I work alone I tend to record a lot and finish little. So, I'm looking to hook up with a fellow musician/producer(s) in Melbourne to bring together an album. I'm looking at making a classic 12 song album that can be played on radio (not mainstream radio most likely) and possibly make some (a little :) ) money.

I'm hesitant to label a style but it would be heavily synth based. I have been gathering songs for a while but I would like to see what comes out of any collaboration before labelling a style.

I have a professional studio, a heap of old analog (and digital) synths, some great drum machines, the necessary wild effects, guitars, basses, a piano and more. The only thing I cant do is acoustic drums as I haven't invested in drum mics but I work with a great drummer and can do them in another studio in Melb. I also have a heavyweight contact in 'the industry' who can move any finished album into the right channels.

Ideally I'd like to work with someone who also has their own gear. Also, I use Logic X. I have Ableton but dont use it much. I'm in the inner east and can be contacted at andreromano99@gmail.com. Cheers
