UAD-2 Satellite Quad on 2 computers???
Hi everyone I have just got a UAD-2 Satellite Quad and want to know if it's possible to use It with 2 different computers? I bought it primarily for the new Mac Pro at the studio but would like to test it out on my MacBook Pro at home tonight. If I register my hardware and download/install the plugs will they only work on that computer or does it save the licence to the hardware? Help!!!

I believe the licence goes to the hardware (like an ilok I guess) so you will be fine. Just install the software in the second computer.

So for the record I contacted UAD and they said that it is fine to use on more then one computer as long as the software is installed and you are logged in on that computer with the hardware plugged in. Obviously it only works for one computer at a time. I thought that was the case but did not want to risk it. That's great news.
