Anybody heard of MiLar-mix it like a record Charles Dye DVD
Anybody heard of the MiLar - Charles Dye DVD ?
Just finished studying at a familar Sound Audio collgE and it really lacked in quite a few areas but one major area was imparting knowledge in the mixing department.
I guess I paid $10K for an intro into the whole audio field.
I maybe got my moneys worth with all the studio booking time.
It suprises me how many people do these courses and dont play in the provided studios or attempt to use any of the provided gear.
Anyway I wanted to improve my mixes and I know that experience will teach you that but if you can also learn from othere experience you can hit the ground running (or maybe in my case a slow jog).
What experiences does anyone have with this Mix it like a Record by Charles Dye DVD?
Is there any other specific mixing tools/guides/how to - programs out there that are of worth?
Thanks
Dale
