Insured gear deliveries, claims etc..
Hi guys. Not sure if this is the right section to post in.....
Let's say you've bought an item and paid for delivery (incl. insurance etc)..
You sign for it upon the receipt, but after plugging it in discover it is faulty.
Are you screwed because you've signed for it, or do you have hope
getting your money or a working item back?
Anyone have experience with this?
This is just a general question. Never been in such a situation (having to put a claim in etc.)
but just wondering. Most of the times it is impossible to test stuff before
you sign for it. Do you maybe make the signature subject to further inspection of the item..?
Would that make any sense?
Thanks.
