OK, some of you are aware I am involved in a Wiggles-type children's project with my (Turkish) wife. Apart from recording the songs, I also had to learn how to make videos, which was quite an adventure. I also ended up learning animation and compositing.

Anyway, here is some stuff I did. The animation was done in iClone and Belnder, compositing in After Effects. The language is Turkish.

Yeah it's been fun, making stuff from absolute scratch.

We're talking to a German (Turkish language) station next week so hopefully that will lead somewhere.

And how could I *not* have a duck?

Well some good news, we just landed a (very badly paid) gig to produce 9 minutes of new content a week for 36 consecutive weeks. It will get seen by a few hundred thousand Turkish-speaking people in Europe.

So all I have to do is triple my current productivity while earning no meaningful additional income. Easy

The money in kid's TV is in DVDs (the only DVD genre still thriving) and in merchandising. And obviously both of those need a developed audience.

So I don't care too much about the badly paid contract as I'm confident this effort will be worth it in the long run.
