I'm moving overseas and needing to sell my Studio in Annandale Sydney.

There are 2 Air-conditioned live rooms,control room, and bathroom & shower.

I am looking to sell the studio plus all the gear inside.

Rent is currently @ $250 per week, but will be increased to about $330 per week in about 4 months. (there is a 3 year lease with another 3 year option)

i was even at repco this morning! funny.

good luck! never heard of a studio being called a 'money making machine' before - almost a misnomer. i thought studios were like boats.... (ie a boat is a hole in the water that you throw money into...)

Shit! I have heaps of those. The biggest boat I have is my car..... a close second is my wifes shoes and handbags collection.
