For Sale Amek Hendrix console

I am selling my AMEK Hendrix console, I have it on Mixmasters, Mick Wordley is aware that I am posting this ad here.

This is a 40 mono + 4 stereo with right-hand patch bay, the console will come with a spare mono and a spare stereo channel strip, the patch bay is not fully loaded, however I now have the extra bays to fill it out and also a spare patch bay. There is a 2nd power supply in the USA, it will be included in the sale if wanted, however the buyer will have to pay the shipping costs for this to Australia (it is heavy), I bought this as a back up supply only and would have only shipped it if I only needed to do so, it is in storage in LA with a business associate. It also comes with the computer for TR, it worked prior to going into storage but I will not guarantee its functionality, so it is bonus only, it does not have the dynamics. It comes with many of the EDAC's required, these can be expensive to have made, I believe that I only needed to have the mic in's/out's made if I am correct (6 all up I think), I would need to confirm this with my cable guy as he did the homework on that. There is all the manuals too and the console stand.

Col Abrahams serviced the desk extensively just prior to my purchasing it, I can forward a copy of the work done to potential buyers, many of you know of his work I assume, and he is a great tech. I have had the desk in storage since purchase and is located in Brisbane.

I was asking $20K on the desk on Mixmasters but will now drop it to $18K (and have informed Mick of this).

My reason for selling is that I an now going in a different direction regarding consoles, I was reluctant to do this as I think it has a great sound and very nice EQ's, but the change was based on a business decision only. This is a great sounding board and will not disappoint at all.
