Designed by Richard Priddle (Alberts Studios, Tiger, 2UE, Sony, Milk Bar, 301, Rhinoceros, and countless others - Just ask Rick) Built under Richard's supervision by Holger Schumann.
Modular studio system can be dismantled and re-assembled. Floated floor, floated walls, floated ceiling. Completely isolated from existing structure via rubber pads under the floor. Room within a room. Completely silent. Tuned absorbers on walls and ceiling. Double glazed window. Half carpet / ash timber floor. Silenced air conditioner in and return.

Internal dimensions of studio are 3687 x 3400. Fits inside existing room 4.3m x 3.7m.
Original plans (and builder) available.
It Cost me $35,000 to build but I'll take whatever I can get. $5000 is a ball park.
The room is currently in a house in North Sydney. Come and have a look.

for what it's worth I have seen and stood in this room
it's certainly looked like it was the real deal
I would love to see how it all comes apart though
if it does pull down and go back up again it's worth
the dough but if it doesn't ?
