I have a production studio available for hire short or long term coming up available from March 1st 2011.

*$250 PER WEEK FOR LONG TERM*

Located above Troy Horse rehearsals in Alexandria, and right next door my current larger studio, Def Wolf (the revamped old Troy Horse fitout), the production studio has two rooms separated by a sliding glass door, control room is roughly about 4mx4m and live room about 4mx3m. It's air conditioned with internal parking, a lift in the building, kitchen facilities, public transport, close to city+shops, and nearby pubs (a few to choose from).
