FS: Adam A5 studio monitors

Hi Guys

I have got a pair of Adam A5 studio monitors for sale. I bought them new in 2009 when I was setup in the spare bedroom. When baby #2 came along I lost the spare bedroom and they have spent a year in their boxes waiting while I constructed my new mix room in the back shed. (not a bad trade off - losing the bedroom and gaining a custom built mixing room ) The room is functional and I have begun testing and fine tuning and have realised that my A5's aren't powerful enough for the new room and are a bit light on in the low end for what I need. They are in great shape both sonically and cosmetically.

They are great monitors to sit beside you computer screen (which is where I originally had them setup). I have the original boxes and the instruction manual.

I'm asking $750 for the pair

I am located in Brisbane QLD and would prefer local pickup but can organise courier if buyer is willing to pay.

Hi Bretski, what are you replacing them with? - I am selling a set of mint Event ASP8s for $1350 which are too big for my room and the work I do but which may be in your ball park; sadly I don't want to swap for your Adams but there you go.

Thanks for letting me know about the ASP8's. I have already replaced them with a pair of Focal Solo 6's. It is the rest of my credit card that needs to be paid off which is why I have upped my efforts to sell that A5's
