Doing some band recording in Swaziland and I need to expand the mic inputs on my UAD apollo so I'm looking for the cheapest 4 channel mic amp to feed the line inputs to the apollo. Anybody got something they want to get rid of like one of those small SM Pro audio 4 channel mic preamps? or anything else like a yamaha ML7 they'll let go cheap?
This will need to be sent to my parents in Tasmania who will bring it to me when they come to visit in 10days...
I'd also take a couple of those JLM audio mono mic press but they'll probably be out of my non-existant budget.

Also a couple of headphone extensions would be great too. Can't believe what you can't buy easily here.

Re: WTB: simple 4 channel mic preamp
Thanks to Mitch and Barney both units are winging their way to me. This will allow me to have a portable system and an installed one. So far the only multichannel recording studio I've seen is the national broadcaster and he thinks his dual Genelec sofit mounts are subwoofers and the large amount of rack gear (inc 480l, dbx160s, la2a etc) is largely useless so these few pieces I have coming along with a microphone sponsorship I will soon be announcing will constitute a massive step up for the local recording industry. Thanks chaps!
