Will take $800 for the Yamaha AD8HR - 8 channel preamps with A to D converter (remote controllable)

And will do $150 each for the Yamaha MLA7's - 8 channel preamps.

Make me an offer for the AWA dual module preamps - racked by Pro Harmonic.

Hi Ben

The AWA's, are they all stepped controls?

Also what kind of age are we talking?

Cheers

Hey Richard
The input selector (mic/line/pad), gain and mid frequency selector are stepped. The Eq +/- treble/mid/low gain aren't stepped.

I'm not really sure about the age...I'm thinking early 1970's. There isn't a lot of information about these... not a lot of people have them.
Rob may know of the exact era these were built. Let's see if he chimes in...if not I'll send him an email to see.

Just received an email from Rob saying he thinks these AWA's are from around 1973.

G'day blokes..
Has anyone got the schematics or other documentation for these channel modules?
CHEERS!
Evan.

EDIT: Whoops.. I just realised my module here is slightly different - it's the same format, but details differ.
Model number is 2R66495. Anyone got info on this module?

Gidday Ev. Such documents are a bit scarce. Your best bet would be through Rob Squire who is the only person in the country I know fixing and racking AWA gear. Also Chris from Linear may be able to help but both my sold ones and Chris' console modules are different to your model.
It's very possible though that parts and layout are similar so that could be a good start.

Good luck on your quest Professor Ev.
