Short/Medium Term Rent: Studio in Sydney

So, I'm kinda just putting out feelers at this stage...

I'm heading OS for a slightly extended holiday later this year and it would be perfect if I could sub-lease my space out for all or part of that time. I'm thinking that would be about 4-6 weeks.

It may be a long shot but perhaps someone will have a project that coincides time-wise with my trip. I'm very flexible with dates but it would need to be in the latter half of the year between September and November.

I would leave all my gear there but you could also bring in your own.

I haven't yet worked out the specifics of how this might work but suffice to say the rent would be very reasonable. Obviously I'm not gonna hand over the keys to any old bloke who walks in off the street, there would have to be some pretty rigorous vetting of any one who was interested.
