Some details:
- Original owner/purchased new c 2010.
- Low volume mastering application for their entire life.
- Clean non-smoking climate-controlled environment since purchase.
- Reason for sale is upgrade to the mm26's.
- Drivers are in great quality original condition and have never been stressed whatsoever.
- Amps and DSP's were recently serviced at Barefoot Sound Portland US (Apr 2019).
- Will consider another service upon sale for premium and guaranteed tip-top ongoing operation for the new owner.
These stellar studio monitors have been excellent time-saving robust speakers with rarely a revision requested from clients with my work output from them over the years. The Barefoot mm27's worldwide reputation speaks for itself and the Gen 1's are highly revered as a most natural-sounding speaker amongst the Barefoots.
They are currently still in studio use, and should be ready to go in July so seeking expression of interest enquiries at this stage.
