Update: I've decided to sell the cradle separately which now means i've dropped the mic cost.

Hi guys,

Updated listing. Selling for $1050 - pickup in Melbourne.

I haven't posted in these parts for a while as my audio days are mostly behind me. Consequently I've got a few tasty things I'm selling off - one being a Royer 121 & rubber clip. Sounds incredible, as I'm sure a lot of you know already.

Bought in Aug 2011 from Turramurra, and has been snugly packed away since Aug 2013. Very light use. It has one small nick about the "R-121" stamp but isn't significant at all. Apart from that, great condition.

It's worth about $500. And I'll buy it off you.

Dropped price slightly, but with the cradle i feel this is a good price.

Now with photos.

It is a good price, but now I've just gone and blown my budget (again!) on some mic pres.

If noone snaps this up within a few weeks I might be back around though, not that I expect you to wait.

Good luck selling it regardless.

I'll be on holidays in a couple of weeks until mid November if anyone wants to talk turkey now.

sorry all, "pickup in Melb" was more to state that "I'm in Melb if you want to pick up" - sorry for the confusion. Clearly I don't speak the lingo of the avid trader : )

Has anyone heard from Dave in the last 3 weeks or so? I sent him some money for the shockmount, but haven't heard anything about it in a couple of weeks.

I'm not sure, but he did send this Royer 121 to me promptly. And it sounds great! I even recorded a set of highland bagpipes with it, with a U87 and the Royer in M/S. I thought the player would have to stand out the door somewhere, but it sounded huge inside the room so we ran with that.

I'm sure he'll get back to you soon.
