sorry a mate has already jumped on the violet (ill update list now)

nath - no move right now - just a packup and selling the building
in this instance the "greedy real estate developer" is me! i bought the building over 10 years ago.

ill be doing another room somewhere soon once i put the money in the bank and look at my options.
im planning on keeping the neve and most the outboard.
but will build something more suited to my current needs.

the last 5 years have seen nearly all my work go into radio/ tv/ broadcast/ live recording and away from tracking full bands in the studio.
so as nice as the place was here, having all my money tied up in tracking rooms not being used, and constantly lugging gear up the stairs onto to take to a live record just stopped being sensible.
