WTB: Audio Connectors - 'vintage' amphenol and switchcraft

1x 'Vintage' 4-pin Amphenol male cable mount connector. I believe the part number might be 91MC4M, but I think these are synonymous with Shure and Electro Voice mics from the 1950s and 1960s.
Handful x Switchcraft D3F panel mount 3 pin female XLR connectors. I think these are pretty much the equivalent of Neutrik D series panel mount connectors.
