Its one of those life / time things... opportunity has presented itself, so may as well throw caution to the wind and give it a go.

Worst case scenario I'll be working down the docks to pay the rent...

Exactly. Life should be about taking educated risks and going with your gut, chasing the idea that others think is illogical but somehow deep down you just know is worth perusing. Otherwise it's just a boring way to go. Or so I reckon anyways

Fingers crossed it will all work out ok, but not trying and failing is worse then never trying. Or something like that...

OK, thats all gone up on the bay for a few days. What sells... sells. What doesn't sell is getting packed away and forgotten about for a year or two.
