FS: ATR-104 1/2 inch Tape Machine - Needs work (SOLD)

Here we have an ATR-104 1/2 inch 4 track mastering tape machine. This legend needs no introduction - if you don't know what it is, you're in the wrong forum! I bought it a few years back and had intended to get it up and running as a restoration project - hence, the spares / extender card & replacement Capstan Servo card. Two kids later, I still haven't got round to doing it - so it deserves a new and better home, and someone to give it the love and attention it deserves!
I had a Melb tech start to work on it - but he fired it up without checking the power section and blew the capstan servo card - which he then took away and kept! He shall remain nameless... Nonetheless, I purchased a new capstan servo card, but have not touched it since. Obviously the power section needs to be checked out and troubleshooted before anything else happens. I have never had it operational - although I understand it was from the previous seller (not so sure!) - so I stress it needs tech work to get it up and running, it is non-operational in its present state.
I had the stand (v heavy) fully restored (stripped bare and resprayed) and brand new casters put on - so the stand is cosmetically and functionally better than new!
I'll include a box of 4 brand new reels of RMGI SM911 1/2 inch tape with it and the other mentioned spares.
Asking the bargain price of $2000 for the whole lot!
Needs to be local pick-up in Malvern East, Melbourne due to its size and weight.
