Studio Sharer wanted

I'm looking for someone who needs a studio space to share with me half the week. My studio partner leaves at the end of August so it would be good to have someone lined up before then if possible. The room is in Golden Retriever in Marrickville and is a really great soundproofed room with a booth, a window to the outside and access/tie lines to one of the best live rooms going.
If anyone's interested please pm but preferably email dhakerman at gmail dot com and I can provide more details and photos. I've already had a few people interested but just want to get as many different people through as possible.
