FS: Latest Nuendo 11 DAW with e-licenser dongle

I'm selling Steinberg Nuendo 11 DAW with the e-licenser dongle for half the retail price. I'm selling it for $748. It's the big brother of Cubase Pro 11 (has all the features of Cubase Pro 11) with added features for video and gaming audio post production. I don't do video and gaming audio so the features are a waste. I have decided to rather use Cubase Pro 11 as the updates are half the price of Nuendo so in the long run I'll save money (Cubase updates are $149 vs $299 for Nuendo).
I looked on the Steinberg website on how to sell software. All I have to do is de-register the software and the new owner creates a Steinberg account (if the don't have one already) and re- registers it.
