Not sure exactly and am not in the studio again until Monday, but they were made to sit level with the top of the meter bridge of the Neve at Milkbar/Electric Ave. I will measure up on Monday.

I think when Jack from "Jack and the beanstalk" had a failure from the first lot of magic beans, used stands very similar to get to the cloud where the giant lived to retrieve a good batch of magic beans. Then climbed the beanstalk and ripped the poor bastard off.
I think the Sydney Harbor bridge will be safe for years to come.
If only Brisbane had these stands they would have served as a wind break from the huge storm damage they're just had.
China could have saved heaps in concrete and steel if just looked on Turtlerock Forum For Sale, purchased these stands and dammed up two of the Three Gorges on the Yangtze River.
These stands were made from the trees from the Sahara forest. (desert now)

We actually asked a temp to go to the theatre and get a "Long Weight"... he went there, when he got there they said "We've only got two short weights, will that do?" then they left him for a while to get them..

Long weights (waits), LH screwdrivers, tins of emery sparks and my favourite...... Verbal Agreement Forms.........they've all been around for more decades than I can remember.

My first boss got me with the long wait, the second to try I thought I'd take 4 hours for lunch. Told him they only had the extra long 1.

First boss also sent me to the cake shop for a randy tart, bastard, was pretty embarasing. Though when he said we've run out of date rolls I need some in a hurry, he was not happy when I came back from the cake shop with something similar to a date roll, though not the type he wanted, sucker.

Nah nothing like a Coogee Bay icecream ,instead I came back with a pastry instead of dunny paper, he was bustin for a crap, the look on his face when i passed him a pastry instead of dunny paper was unforgettable, he was petty grumpy after having to use the Manly Daily instead of sorbent haha.

I knew what he wanted it was just a payback for the randy tart.

Stands are 1 meter high with a base of 35cm's square.

Stands are sold.

haha well now it has sentimental value
they're not the greatest design
however, they're not the worst either
i'm happy with them
