SOLD Yamaha GS2 synth

Postby KBnewbie » Mon Jul 06, 2009 6:48 pm

I'm inviting offers on a Yamaha GS2 synth.
Consider this a collectors project piece as it does require restoration.
See the thread in this forum under Vintage Synths for past discussion about this unit and further detail.
It's also just listed it on Gumtree Brisbane if you need to see a photo.
I'd prefer to get a reasonable offer rather than ebaying it.
I'm located in Alexandra Hills (close Brisbane).
It weighs 72kgs!
PM any offers or expressions of interest.
Cheers,
Noel

It must be taking a while to activate on Gumtree (as per the norm) as it's not showing up there yet.

What's the ballpark figure you're looking for? EOI's don't go down too well on this forum and make for much slower sales..

(and more joke offers :P)

Cheers

There's an Ebay shop with one for $3,000 (U.S.)
Ebay stores tend to be looking for top dollar though. For a perspective they want $500 for a Wavestation AD and $500 for a Casio FZ1.

It does also have midi and a few sound cards.

Yep, eBay stores enjoy some fantastic speculating.

Just found this site giving a bit of info on pricing if that helps.

I see it on Gumtree Musical Instruments Top AD?
Sorry, new to this forum I didnt know EOI's were frowned upon.
I am looking to do a quick sale this week, I'm a guitarist not a KB player.
Based on current condition and as described ballpark offers close to $300 would get it for a purchase this week as it owes me very little.
It would be worth way more than that even if you just parted it out!
There is a GS2 footswitch ONLY assembly for sale on Ebay USA Buy it now for USD$199.00!
