Who would have thought having a baby would take up so much time ::)
Oh well this looks like never getting done so it's up for grabs.

Boards are half way filled. Also have 2 elma 24 pos rotarys (not in picture). They are not PCB type so will have to be soldered without the pcb. No biggie.

Will sell all for AUD$930. (cost of parts) + shipping

Oh I will also add in a PSU PCB from my Sontec build. It's an extra one.

Very nice project, how does it sound? Is it best used as a mastering tool or tracking? I'm interested in what something like this offers as opposed to a SSL diy mixbus comp for example?

oh, is it Vari-Mu too?

Cheers.

where'd you get those meters? and are they VU or just dc meters?

Sifam VU meters from Canford UK. Yeh shippings a bitch from all corners of the globe with this.

Don't know how it sounds cos isn’t build yet nor know of a finished unit as it is a new project. But I^&rs (oops I meant Festers) projects are top notch.
Much controversy over this one so if your a rebel I guess it's for you.
Mastering???
Weeeellll that may be part of the controversy? The Current production TG-1;-) seems to be considered a cheap rip off Here of the EMI version. Causing so much of a raucous that Wade chimed in himself to set a few thing straight.

It seems the original EMI TG 1 was transformerless and clean yet the current production TG-1;-) (with Transformers) very coloured/ cheap parts.

Festers version is switchable.

;-) Note: current production TG 1 could mean Chandler.

These views are not that of Rick's lovely forum nor mine. Just regurgitating internet babble .

Thanks for the offer. Maybe it will give someone some ideas.

I am yet to have an uncompleated project but am suffering DIY exhaustion ATM.
