Grand Piano -Brisbane

Our church is wanting to off load their small-medium size grand piano in black. Was tuned this year works well. I think it gets tuned once a year. It is an older model. Seems to sound nicer the harder you hit it.

I wonder if I should try and record a sample of it?

If you buy it from our church does that mean its a holier than thou piano. DO you extra browny points form God?

Actually I do have an audio clip (Jonah) of the piano when the music director had a desktop Samson USB mic and laptop set up on the Piano lid to record the piano and vocal at the same time. This clip was sent to all musicians to learn. It was a demo so there will be some distortion in the peaked parts.

The brand name is August Forster Lobau Dor which is a German made piano as seen in the movie "the Piano".
I think this piano is at least 20-30 or more years.
