I have a near new Chandler LTD-1 and psu which I bought in March 09. The power (psu) is still in he box unopened.
I have a keen buyer but he is yet to get back to me.
$3k and worth it.

The new kitchen is looking good and I'm getting a lot of attention lately..... breakfast in bed every morning, cups of teas, the Mrs is even taking out the garbage.

Heh, that's exactly how i've been thinking at the moment. Been looking at my gear then at the yard and thinking should I sell all my gear and finish the yard, or keep it and start looking for some mixing work. I've just built retaining walls and concrete paths. now only if I did'nt I could afford that Neotec and a whole bunch of other stuff.
We could actually sell all our gear and buy it all back at half price from the USA. I dunno I'm just not ready to sell yet but maybe soon, see what happens.
At least you're getting some good attention from the missus Nic. :)

Yeah it's better than sitting in little room for 10 hrs waiting for some muso trying to get their act together.

Amen to that. I have finally hit the point where if I sell 3 racks of my outboard and go mainly in the box keeping a few choice pieces, my apartment will be paid off with enough to finish all the reno's and have bit of a trip OS. I'm making most of my money writing/producing nowdays and hardly doing any mxing myself..it is sooo tempting..
Maybe it's a 'getting older' thing?

Yeah maybe you're right Andy. I'm a pretty bad song writer though, heh. Anyone need anything cheezy let me know. I played a killer bassline into a hiphop track the other day, really got the track moving, did i get any satisfaction? Sort of did but not really like I used to.
Nic I totally agree, I absolutely hate tracking and waiting for that good take. That's why I think mixing is easier but then you get songs stuck in yer head and that makes me queezy some days.

C'mon guys. Please don't start me thinking about selling stuff. I'm still in the "buy everything I can" phase.
By the way Rick, those Neve 51's rack up really nice with Rob's handy work. Headroom to burn. :-)
Cheers

Haha! I've been in the "buy everything I can" phase for about 9 years now and I can't see it ending anytime soon.
