FS: Chandler TG2 Dual Mic Pre ** SOLD **

Postby vanderlae » Mon Dec 14, 2009 3:35 pm

Hi guys,

---------- Now $2600 square. ----------

I'm selling off my prized Chandler TG2 to make way for of all things, website development costs! A regretful sale, but such is life. I will get another one at some point because this thing simply sounds stunning on everything.

I'll have to check my dates but this is only around 18-24 months old. I'll confirm.

This is in mint, as new condition. It sounds fat and sexy, and looks hot! It comes with the external PSU (which can power 2 separate Chandler units). Racked since new and always in a smoke free environment. Original box, manuals, cables, etc.

I cannot emphasise enough how nice this thing sounds...creamy, large, great depth. Do some reading if you don't know it! The DI's on this thing are beastly, bass direct in sounds perfect. This has the summing switch on the back that sends the left Channel to the right Channel to combine for one input if you choose. Shit, the more I talk this up the more I am beginning to rethink!! A true top of the heap dual preamp.

The website must be as flash as a rat with a gold tooth!

Yep, well custom flash design front end CMS with client FTP (am I putting you to sleep yet?) costs a hell of a lot more than I'd planned for. Got to spend money to _ _ _ _ _ _ as they say.

Beulller? Beulller?

Any interest out there? Concerns, smart remarks, attacks, praise? Keen to hear them all.

Please prevent me from having to list this on eBay...I just don't want to go there!

thanks.

The price is probably too high when taking the strength of the AUD into consideration. You're probably better off keeping it.

Yes, always the way when it comes to selling.

I am open to offers of a realistic nature as close to what I'm asking if anyone is interested to get in touch.

Hi guys,

I've reduced this to $2600 - this is a sensational dual pre and now at a bloody decent price. If you are interested let me know.

Cheers

I have these pre's, they are amazing to my ears. Better than my API's on everything except drums. You should keep them - websites are for weirdos.

No, the website is done and dusted. This is to pay for new studio gear. I'm reluctant to sell this but the time has come, otherwise I would LOVE to keep it because as you say they are absolutely amazing.
