This is the 96khz version, superb DAC, highly regarded by some. Has to go to make way for other gear, you know how it is! Has manual but no box, will pack very well for shipping though.

just to give my 2 cents worth, i had one of these for a while and i can highly recommend it. very versatile and sounds great. the price is excellent too.
