hey guys

i am leasing a studio space in sydney next to central station we only use the place monday tuesday and thursday nites from 6pm till 4am and for only one artist thats it and the ocasional sundays for my own stuff and it is empty the rest of the time ....if any one is looking for a place to work out of its realy realy cheap rent let me know

it aint abbey road and is quite small but would suit any one in radio production or writing as what the place is doing currently

sorry i posted it in the wrong spot guys hope i didnt upset any one .........

there is gear in there but alot of the out board stuff is in and out of the racks for tours sessions in other studios etc but the main stuff like the desk and the ptools rig stays put and same story with the mic's

would be interested in a gear list, always good to know of little spaces one could use :)
