Not selling mine, although I did just buy one.

It appears that Rigol are closing out their (now hacked) 50Mhz DS1052E scopes, these are the scopes that with two serial commands can be upgraded to their 100Mhz model.

DealExtreme have them for US$389, a total bargin given that includes shipping.
