First up a Digitech 256xl Effect processor. Stereo in, Stereo out, Midi I/O and two foot switch input also All connects are on jacks (except midi of course). Probably good for a gtr effects rack but I've used it for live mixing, the delays and reverbs sound fine for most FOH rigs. Its even made it on some of my early albums. Best bit is it has a 'mix' knob not hidden away in a menu. I even have a photocopied manual. Can I get $100?
OC Electronics "Cascade" spring reverb unit. I think this is the reverb used in the roland space echo units but dont quote me. It works and it sounds like a spring reverb is supposed to. I was going to build an interface for it and stick it in a box but we both know I'm not going to get around to that. $20 SOLD
The Complete DX7 Handbook. Don't why I have this, I've never owned a DX7! But hey it looks like its a wealth of info and it even has vinyl inserts for examples... $20
And the pick of the bunch are the Moseley TFL-280 broadcst limiters. These are pretty funky, built like tanks, cool edge meters and simple controls. The surprise is how decent they sound but when you pop open the box there are Jensen 123s line transformers on input, UTC transformers on output and I believe they use a diode bridge. The output pot is even a h-pad to interface to the transformer just like an 1176. The input control is a little touchy but once set its all good. And as an extra little surprise the rear has switches for emphasis and de-emphasis and these can be used as a kind of a shelving EQ. I've got 3 of these but I'll be keeping at least 1 so there is either two single or a pair up for grabs. 300 each or 550 for the pair. SOLD
