Hey guys,
I need to get 16 channels of audio into and out of a mac pro reliably via lightpipe.
Anyone selling something that fits the bill? Motu 2408 perhaps? 828mk3? raydat card?
Drop me a PM if you do.

Hi Sammas
As in you have a Firewire ADAT interface and need analog to ADAT converters? Or you have the analog to ADAT converters and you are looking for the Firewire ADAT interface?
I have a good 8 channel analog ADAT converter, but I'm not sure if its what you want.

Hi!
I have the ADDA converters, I need a way of interfacing them with the computer.

M-audio firebridge might be your answer then

They are certainly priced right! I've seen a lot of comments outlining its unreliability though.
Hopefully somewhere like sounddevices or turramusic have a decent return policy.

If you use an M-Audio lightbridge you most likely will need to get the recommended PCI card for it to run reliably (which it then will), so factor in another $80.

I looked into the TC electronics stuff but it only supports 8 channels of I/O. Echo don't make an
interface with PCIe cards either. Why must they make it so hard.
