Postby Linear » Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:59 pm

I have too much stuff in here at the moment, I'm running out of room.

AWA Big 1 - has the mods, but the power supply needs a Rob once over. $1000 **Sold**
M-audio lightbridge. 32channel ADAT to firewire interface. as new, hardly used $200 **Pending**
Trimax valve pre's - I have a rack with two pre's (one has a volume pot) with 40db gain, one line amp and power supply. Works, but sold AS IS. $700 **Sold**
2 x Really Nice Compressors in a funk logic rack, new power supply. $400 for the pair **Sold**
Valley People 1U rack with a gain brain II and a kepex gate. Worked last time I used it. $500
CBS Audimax 4440 This has passed through this board before, I just don't have the room for it. $300

chris "running out of room " would indicate you still have some space left somewhere

it might be hard to hear in public
but ...... errm ... you have "run " out of room my friend

If the lightbridge sale falls through I'll take it instead.

oh, i also have a book that I bought and received only yesterday...

"Recording Studio Technology, Maintenance, and Repairs"

by Tom McCartney. in as new condition.

You can preview it here

http://books.google.com.au/books?id=7v- ... nd+repairs

I bought it because it looked interesting, unfortunately I kinda know most of what's inside. If you don't know the basics and want to know more theory etc, then it's excellent. has a chapter on cables which could be helpful.

$30, what I paid + postage.
