FS Focusrite A/D Digital card for ISA preamps

Goes for about $399 US +shipping and RRP $540 over here- I'm guessing street is a bit less.
Literally used twice, and since then I've used the preamp a couple of times through the direct outs into the patchbay/outboard/other converters.
I'm using it with the ISA110, but I'm pretty sure it works with the Producer something or other (http://focusrite.com/products/optional_converters/isa_stereo_adc__compatible_with_isa_430_mkii_and_isa_one_
Looking for $350 ish, but open to offers.
