In perfect functional condition and pretty good cosmetic condition. I don't know the specs but these aren't super loud. They do, however sound great, are indestructible and have a built-in mini-mixer. They are also very light. Have a look on the net for some more info and then feel free to shoot me any questions or come and try them - you'll be surprised.
