HI all

Ok I am reducing the price to $2500 original price including sales tax etc if you bought it from the US would be $3300.
I will let it go for $2500 but no lower, everything is MINT condition.

You wont believe how amazing this thing sounds. I just tried to create the same sounding patch using Ableton Live and Max with plug ins and it was still only 50% sounding good compared to the amazing KYMA. The Paca is more power than you will ever need!

$2500 and its yours

Many of the audio clips sound like instant Hollywood...

..but what was your creative interaction with it like?

Honestly its better than a H8000 you can do so much more effetcs on it. Actually there are H8000 copy patches there too in KYMA.

Use it as an effects unit, sequencer, synths, granular etc etc. There are at least 1000 presets etc

Amazing sound quality. Tried to create the same thing or as close as possible in Ableton with Max and FX and still not as good sounding. I will miss it but will most likely get another in a few years when I retire.

Hi amnesia,

Wow that's 2 paca(rana) on the market in Melbourne at the same time, I would say that's pretty rare ;) Why are you getting rid of it?

Looks like a really interesting box.
I don't know how it could be better than a H8000 - which has 8 in /8 out analog and just about every digital in and out known to mankind.
it has no A to D's /D to A's etc - so it really is a much cheaper box feature/hardware wise.
Can it run 8 seperate FX at the same time routed to 8 outs?
I'd like to hear one - it looks much more creative as far as FX as any plug -ins are concerned.
Anyone else used one?

You use your own sound card so it can have 16 i/0 if you want

People who own H8000 and Kyma say KYMA is easier to program than Vsig

Oh and the other plus is you can use the ipad etc to control / tweak your sounds in real time.

SO its more an instrument than just a fx unit.

Personally the H8000 doesnt sound like the money you spend, The Kyma gives you a MUCH clearer sound and 1000 times more options. and is worth every penny. Again I will buy KYMA in 2 years time when I know I will have more time.

I am sending it back to Symbolic Sound today for a refund unless someone want to grab it at this very low price o $2500. Otherwise its back to the US.

Again I promise its 100% mint.

The 16 i/o and Ipad control sounds like a clincher
I've got the H8000fw and its a bitch to program - sometimes I just could not be bothered delving too far down
- wish i had some spare cash... the 2 together would be fully sick!

I'm definitely intrested in grabbing a Kyma Paca(rana) at some point in time... Planning on selling an Eventide Orville to fund it, so once that goes, funds will probably go to a Kyma.

I've started writing some tutorials on programming in vSig...
