Hi guys,
I have finally began getting my EMT 140 up and running and have discovered its missing two of the tension clips. So i'm just putting the word out to anyone who might have some spare parts, and if they would sell them to me. I'm also looking for the big old I/O connectors which connect to the I/O's of the plate. Any help would be great.
Thanks.

You many have already seen this but there is a guy on US ebay selling packs of 8 NOS clips for the 140 plates. Can't help with the I/O plugs.

Cheers
Jason

Yeah I did see that. Did you see the price he wants??
It's crazy.... But I might not have any other option.

Hey Mat,

I'd just replace those pesky weirdass multi-plugs with standard XLR's. It's a little fiddly, but easy once you get your head around the wiring.

Schematics are everywhere on the net, the only thing I seem to remember is that alot of the wires are the same colour, so label them before you cut.

I seem to remember seeing a more foolproof system of clips for sale somewhere - somthing that wasn't so hit-and-miss with tensioning. And I wonder if the clips aren't something that could be fabricated, or at least replaced with something more readily available.
