I think Phil Punch had one of those when he had his studio out at Trafalgar St.

I used to mix on one at a studio in Baxter, out from Frankston. The Lyndon Wesley track on myspace was mixed on it.......if that's a recommendation or not, it gives some idea of the sound i suppose. It was the board i learnt on and I really liked it.

Hi Chris
Thanks for the link to the desk. I'll get in contact with the guy and see what he is thinking.
Hey Angus, yeah I've been lurking around for a little while and have just got around to joining the shanagins on the TR forum

Hi Brett... I run a DDA dmr12 console with full patchbay. Although I can't vouch for the D series console (but Chris H can) I can totally vouch for the DDA dmr12 and DDA in general. Very decent pre's, eq, signal path...etc. Very nice sounding/flexible/sturdy consoles. If you can find a dmr12 you'll have the flexibility of the comprehensive patch bay which is invaluable. Might cost a little more though. Best of luck and welcome to the forum.

Hey Brett
I have an AMEK M2000 / 2500 for sale. It is 32 Channels and has patchbays etc. Fully working and sounds ripper. It is a line only console eg has no internal preamps. This use to be at mixmasters and you can speak to mick wordley for a reference on it.
Give us a buzz if your keen.
