WTB: 24ch inline console for small studio

Am keeping an eye out for a 24ch console with tape returns\monitoring for a small studio project.
Needs to have respectable mic pres and 4-band EQ, in the sub-$5k price range... no problems if minor repairs are needed. Something along the lines of a Soundcraft Ghost, Allen & Heath GS3000, etc... would be ideal. Open to suggestions if you know of anything for sale.
