MELB: anyone got a Mac Pro or G5 box (packaging) I can use?

hi all,

I have to transport a Mac Pro interstate in about a month (flying).

As i don't have the original packaging for mine (I'm the second owner), I was wondering if anyone (Melbourne-based) has a spare box I can either have or borrow?


The packaging from any Mac Pro should do, or even an older Power Mac G5 tower (their cases are the same dimensions).

We've got a spare Mac Pro box at Pony Music Hallam that was left here about 3 years ago by a previous customer who purchased a lot of gear from us and hired out one of our Rehearsal Studios for his studio project for 12 months.

Can you hold it for me for two weeks, please? (I assume that's not too much trouble, if you've had it for 3 years already)

Am based in Brunswick and have got a lot on my plate until the 29th of November (am playing a big gig and have an important interview November 29).

I could come and collect it early December or late November - does that work for you?
