Hi guys,

SOLD - thanks everyone for the interest.

I have the following (3) items for sale for just $100 for the lot. Reason? I didn't measure it correctly.......

Pickup only from near Nowra, N.S.W. - it's too big and heavy to courier. You'll need a trailer or a small tabletop to take it away.

1/ Studio Door frame - custom TYCO steel frame:
- with hinge mounts on one side
- designed to fit double doors (one inward / one outward)
- a channel for a rubber air seal (1 rubber seal included)
- frame is 125cm wide x 210cm high x 23cm deep (outside measurements)

2/ Studio / fire door - solid core (fireproof)
- wooden door with solid fire-rated core and brushed steel handle
NOTE: there is some minor lifting of the ply at the bottom of the door that needs reglueing

3/ LANE fire rated hydraulic door closer

All in good (used) condition - I would use it if it wasn't too big :-l (It owes me $220 and half a tank of fuel but I'd rather see it go to someone who could use it than just use it as a garage door....)

Hi Dave,

Sorry - forgot those dimensions: the door itself is 120cm wide x 201cm tall. I couldn't measure the thickness as it's under a tarp but it's nearly twice as thick as a regular door.

Here are a few photos as requested (there is only 1 door - the front one in the photo):

Hi all,

Bump of this studio door and frame - make me an offer and take it away - you'll need a trailer or a small tabletop.

- I originally wanted $100 only but I would rather see this door and frame go to a T'rocker who could use it than send it to the tip.

cheers

Gday Rick,

About 25km East of Nowra - about 3 hrs drive from Sydney city to my studio door.

It may fit in a ute - it would hang over 1 side and you'd probably need the tailgate down. And it probably weighs over 100KG so you'd want to pad the sides of the ute tray to stop it being damaged...... I rented a 7'x6' trailer and it fit perfectly. The door can sit in the door frame for travelling.
