we had to buy a bunch of gear like mic cables and stands to deal with the epic bon iver patch you may have read about in other threads.
as such - we have updated a lot of those things at gigpiglet recordings, but there is also a lot left thats just excess.
who needs (for instance) 10 heavy round based short mic stands??

ill update this shortly with an actual list once i figure out what I'm keeping - but interested in anyone (setting up a studio maybe?) would be interested in a bulk lot of stands, bought new and used for three weeks only.. so used - but in great/ perfect condition.

thoughts?

OK - got it figured out.

here is the list for sale - as mentioned they are K&M stands "brand new" in that they were bought for the bon iver tour, and have seen 3 weeks work.. all in good working order.

4x Tall, Round Heavy Base, Telescopic boom Stand (you all know these)
6x Short, Round Heavy Base, Telescopic boom Stand (model 25960, the upright does NOT extend, the boom arm does)
4x Short, Round Heavy Base, Straight stand (good for guitar cabs etc, or you can put a boom on if you have them)

would love someone to take the lot for $700. thats fifty bucks a stand, well under half price.

ill then throw in some older stands (that i have replaced with fancy new ones) to sweeten the deal
1x Tall, Round Heavy Base, Straight stand (old style, chrome)
1x Short, Tripod Base, Boom
2x Small/ Short Flexible goose neck stands
1x Short, rectangular base, small boom (this is not K and M)
1x short, rectangular base, straight (this is not K and M)

thats a full studio of stands to get you going.

would much rather not mess around with separating, but will if no one bites/ makes an offer then ill discuss that.

I'd be happy to take the 4 x tall, and 4 of the short telescopic Bon Iver stands.
I just need to mic a drum kit with 4 or 5 mics, so a large collection of stands is over the top for my needs.
Happy to pay the larger share of the asking price though.

Gareth - I'll put my hand up to take the lot @ $700. Can pay/pickup tomorrow or Friday (or Sat or Sun, for that matter), whatever suits.
